Our 400 square foot facility plus outdoor training area is located in Hermitage, TN off of Lebanon Pike. Hermitage is located immediately to the east of Donelson and just to the west of Mount Juliet in adjacent Wilson County. The location is a private residence and classes are offered by appointment only. The facility is fully equiped with all necessary training equipment and we are constantly upgrading and improving our equipment and facilities.

We offer restroom and changing facilities as well as a refrigerator for those long training sessions.
